Via Frankie T., a colleague whose sister (Nora W.) lives in Northboro, Massachussets (about 25 miles west of Boston).  Her area was hard hit by hurricane Irene, and her rap song tells the story:

It's very dark out

gonna blow like dynamite

Dear national grid
