Chicken and dumplings in Paradise... And all my readers should wish that they'd been here to partake! Debbie hit a home run on this one: a slightly creamy chicken soup with roast chicken (not cooked in the broth), simple dumplings, and the classic vegetables. From the first spoonful we knew she had a winner. Man, am I stuffed now, with such good things! And we has leftovers!
Even the dogs enjoyed the feast, in their role as lickers-of-bowls...
