When I first read about this, I thought it must be a poor attempt at parody. But this appears to be for real – multiple conventional news sources are all reporting the same thing. I guess if you've bought into socialism, then it's a logical extension (and probably a foreshadowing of things here in the U.S.).
Personally, I think it's just plain crazy. I want out of this socialist spiral!
